    • Longhini Sausage
    • Spinach
    • Garlic
    • Olive Oil
    • Large Cap Mushooms


  • Directions:
    • In a frying pan, start the olive oil, garlic, and Longhini sausage until fully cooked. Add the spinach and bread crumbs and reduce the mixture. Stuff the mushroom caps and bake until done.
