Yes, all of our products are made gluten free.
Are your products allergen free?
Yes, all of our products are allergen free EXCEPT Buffalo Patty and Parsley & Parmesan, which contain cheese.
Are your products freshly made?
Yes, all of our sausage products are freshly made to order.
Do your products contain any preservatives or MSG?
No, none of our sausage products contain any preservatives or MSG.
Ordering/Shipping
Can I buy sausage from your factory in New Haven?
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we had to close our retail location at our factory. For all direct purchases you can visit Cappetta's to buy any of our products.
Can I purchase sausage from you online?
Yes! By vising the "products" tab and adding the desired products to your cart you can have Longhini Sausage shipped to you anywhere with the U.S.
Do you ship internationally/outside the USA?
Unfortunately no, we do not ship internationally.
Why is my online order taking so long to ship?
Since all of our products are made to order, some online orders may take longer to ship than others. Products affected by this may be Sweet Chicken or Buffalo Chicken patty (only made on Tuesdays), Organic Links (only made on Tuesdays).
