Founded by Italian immigrant Vito Longhini and run by his grandson Rich, Longhini Sausage Company has been handcrafting Italian sausage and other Italian specialties in New Haven, Connecticut since 1950. Longhini takes pride in sourcing all-natural ingredients and maintaining the high-quality standards set forth by its founder 75 years ago.

Vito Longhini learned his trade from his father in Fano, Italy, in the early 1900’s. He brought his knowledge with him to the United States and used it to found Longhini in 1950. Longhini has been satisfying loyal area customers for three generations, and our quality products are served in the area’s finest restaurants, delis, and pizza houses, as well as many Connecticut and New York City supermarkets.
Longhini uses the highest quality raw materials. Our traditional Italian Sausage is all-natural and contains 50% less fat than allowed by the USDA. All of Longhini's products are made using the finest all-natural ingredients with the same care that has been our hallmark for the past three generations.
